Tokyo International Financial Center Committee is a newly set up committee which supports the goal to make Japan an important international financial hub. The committee works closely with regulators and various organization such as FinCity Tokyo to enhance Japan's presence as a key financial center.
Last year, one of the FIAJ members participated in a panel discussion hosted by FinCity Tokyo. In addition, this year we set up a roundtable with Japan FSA so that we can provide industry feedback from key market players, such as global investment firms, and help Japan FSA in their policy making.
By taking advantage of FIAJ's broad membership and expertise in future products, we look to contribute to the development of the Japanese financial industry and enhance the presence of Japan to the global financial community.
