基本方針
当法人は、個人情報（個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年五月三十日法律第五十七号）に定める定義に従います。以下同じ。）の取扱いに際し、日本国の法令及び行政機関が定めたガイドラインその他の規程を遵守します。また、関係法令等の改正を踏まえて、継続的に本プライバシーポリシーの見直し、改善に努めます。
当法人は、個人情報の取扱い及び保管に関し、社内規程及び業務ごとに必要な規則を定め、管理者を設置して組織を整備し、個人情報の保護体制を構築いたします。
当法人は、会員から個人情報を取得する場合、利用目的を具体的に公表、通知又は明示してご同意をいただいたうえ、その目的達成に必要な範囲において、公正かつ適法な手段により取得いたします。なお、会員のご同意はいつでも撤回していただくことができます。
当法人は、前項の利用目的の範囲内でのみ会員の個人情報を利用し、当該目的の範囲を超えた利用はいたしません。
当法人は、個人情報の管理について安全対策を実施し、データへの不正アクセス、紛失、損壊、改ざん、漏洩その他のデータ侵害（以下「漏洩等」といいます。）に対する予防措置を講じます。また、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報を正確かつ最新の内容に保つよう努めます。
当法人は、従業員に対して個人情報保護についての適切な教育訓練を行い、その内容を社内に周知徹底させます。
当法人は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を外部に委託する場合、十分な経験及び能力を有する者を選定するとともに、契約にあたって守秘義務に関する事項等を規定し、個人情報が適正に管理されるよう当該委託先を監督します。
当法人は、個人情報が適正に管理されているかを定期的にチェックし、継続的に改善の取組みを実施します。
当法人は、万一漏洩等による事故が発生した場合には、被害を最小限に留めることに努め、速やかに必要な情報を公開するとともに、再発防止策を含めた適切な対策を講じます。
当法人は、会員からのお問合せ、苦情やご請求に対応するためのご相談窓口を定め、迅速に対応します。
個人情報の取り扱い
当法人は、会員からいただいた個人情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。
当法人は、ご提供いただいた個人情報の重要性を認識し、その取扱いについては細心の注意を払い、厳重に管理します。
2．個人情報の利用目的
当法人は、個人情報を取得する際にその利用目的を具体的に特定し、当該利用目的の公表、客様への通知又は明示を実施します。
当法人は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、ご提供いただいた個人情報を第三者に提供又は開示いたしません。第三者への提供を行う場合も、個人情報の保護に関する法律等、関係法令に定める手続を行います。
（1）第三者との間で共同利用する場合。 （2）業務委託先に対し、当法人の委託業務以外に個人情報を利用しないよう、あらかじめ契約を締結したうえで当該第三者に開示する場合。 （3）会員の事前の同意がある場合。 （4）法令に基づき要請された場合。
会員からの個人情報に関する問合せ、苦情及び開示、訂正、削除、追加、利用停止又は消去（以下「開示等」といいます。）のご請求については、お問合せ窓口にご連絡いただければ、合理的な範囲内で速やかに対応します。開示等のご請求の場合は、本人確認書類の写しを添えてご連絡いただけますようお願いいたします。

Basic Policy
When handling personal information (in accordance with the definition set forth in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003); the same shall apply hereinafter), our Corporation shall comply with the laws and regulations of Japan and the guidelines and other regulations established by administrative organs. In addition, we will continuously review and improve this Privacy Policy in light of revisions to related laws and regulations.
Our Corporation will establish internal rules and regulations necessary for each service with respect to the handling and storage of personal information, establish an organizational structure, and establish a system to protect personal information.
When obtaining personal information from a member, our Corporation shall obtain such information by fair and lawful means to the extent necessary for achieving the purpose after obtaining consent by specifically publicizing, notifying, or expressing the purpose of use. Members' consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Our Corporation shall use the personal information of its members only within the scope of the purpose of use set forth in the preceding paragraph and shall not use such information beyond the scope of such purpose.
Our Corporation shall implement safety measures for the management of personal information and take preventive measures against unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, and other data infringement (hereinafter referred to as "Leakage, Etc."). In addition, we will endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up to date to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
Our Corporation will provide employees with appropriate education and training on the protection of personal information and ensure that the contents thereof are communicated throughout our Corporation.
When outsourcing all or part of the handling of personal information to an outsourcee within the scope necessary for the achievement of the purpose of use, our Corporation shall select a person with sufficient experience and capacity, stipulate the matters concerning confidentiality obligations in the contract, and supervise such outsourcee in order to ensure that personal information is properly managed.
Our Corporation will regularly check whether personal information is properly managed and continuously implement improvement measures.
In the event of an accident caused by a Leak, Etc., our Corporation shall strive to minimize the damage, promptly disclose the necessary information, and take appropriate measures including measures to prevent a recurrence.
Our Corporation shall establish a clear contact point for responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests from members and respond promptly.
Handling Personal Information
Our Corporation shall handle personal information received from members as follows:
Our Corporation recognizes the importance of the personal information provided by members, and will pay close attention to and strictly manage the handling of such information.
When obtaining personal information, our Corporation shall clearly specify the purpose of use and publicly announce or notify customers of the purpose of use.
Our Corporation will not provide or disclose any personal information provided to any third party except in any of the following cases. When providing information to a third party, we will also follow the procedures stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
In the event of joint use (kyoudou riyou) with a third party.
Where personal information is disclosed to a third party after a prior agreement has been concluded with the outsourcee to prevent the use of such personal information for purposes other than the entrusted business of our Corporation.
When the prior consent of the member has been obtained.
When requested by law.
Any inquiry, complaint, or request for disclosure, correction, deletion, addition, suspension of use, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, Etc.") of personal information from a member shall be dealt with promptly to the extent reasonable by contacting the inquiry contact. In the event of a request for Disclosure, Etc., please contact us with a copy of the identification document.
