About the FIA Japan Board Structure
Following approval at the May 2025 Annual General Meeting of Members, the FIA Japan board has been restructured. There is now a “Board of Representatives” and a “Board of Directors”, which are both elected yearly by the members of FIA Japan during the Annual General Meeting.

The “Board of Directors” is a statutory organization which oversees day-to-day operations of the Association, including legal matters. The Board of Directors must obtain prior consents from the Board of Representatives on important matters concerning the management of the Association.

The “Board of Representatives” is the main governing body of FIA Japan, discussing key industry issues and making all important decision for the Association.
 
FIA Japanの理事会体制について
2025年5月の定時社員総会（AGM）における承認を受け、FIA Japan（当協会）の理事会体制は再編されました。現在は、「代表者会議（Board of Representatives）」および「理事会（Board of Directors）」の二つの機関で構成されており、いずれも毎年の定時総会において会員によって選任されます。

理事会（Board of Directors） は、法定の組織で、当協会の日常的な運営（法定事項を含む）を監督します。なお、当協会運営に関する重要事項については、理事会は事前に代表者会議の承認を得る必要があります。

代表者会議（Board of Representatives） は、当協会の主要な意思決定機関であり、業界に関する重要課題を協議するとともに、当協会運営に関する重要事項の決定を行います。
