This committee discusses any issues with respect to laws and regulations in connection with financial and derivatives products/markets. We welcome submission of any issues and problems that FIAJ members may be facing, so that we can discuss with the regulators accordingly and receive guidance on said issues and problems.

 

L&C discussions shall be freely made among committee members and deliverables from these discussions can be freely shared and used among members. However, certain issues involving regulators may be restricted among committee members only. In no event, may the discussion contents made among committee members be disclosed outside of FIAJ.
